Because each Wood Decor piece is made to order to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We will, however, repair or replace any piece that arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged on arrival
Report any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will repair or replace the affected piece at no cost.
Manufacturing defects
Covered under our 10-year structural warranty. Email care@wooddecor.in with order details and photos.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After production begins, the 50% materials deposit becomes non-refundable.
